The conference room at The Yarra Valley Motel is ideally sized for small conferences and can be configured to accommodate the following types of corporate events With a large “U” shaped layout to suit up to 20 attendees In a theatre layout for up to 40 people As a boardroom for up to 12
The conference room is available for breakfast meetings or all day. We can serve morning and afternoon teas and a light working lunch; alternately you may choose to have lunch or dinner in one of the Yarra Valley's world-class winery restaurants. We can put together conference packages that include bus transport (via our own mini bus) to the winery of your choice, we’ll then bring you back to the Motel to either finish your conference or for a good nights sleep. Our conference room includes: Whiteboard Television and Video recorder Break out facilities Use of our private barbeque area
